In the Netherlands you play football at a club (vereniging), in a team with players of your own age and level. Clubs train once or twice a week and play matches on Saturday or Sunday during the season, which runs from September to May.

  1. Pick a club near youCheck whether the club has a team for your age. Many clubs also have recreational or 7-a-side teams for adults.
