Which pool suits you? For each pool: when you can go lane swimming or recreational swimming, and what a ticket costs.

The 25-metre pool requires a swimming diploma. Without one, armbands are compulsory.

- The instruction pool is almost always open during lane swimming. At weekends and in the holidays there are toys in the water.
- Family morning
- Sunday 10:00 to 12:00, with a shallower floor in the big pool.
- Seniors' swimming
- Friday 10:30 to 11:00.
Children (under 18) €5.80, seniors €5.80, 12-visit card, adult €68.10. Children's afternoon in the short school holidays: €3.75.

- Lane swimming
- At set times in one of the two pools. Some times are dropped in the school holidays.
- Children's afternoon
- Wednesday afternoon, and weekday afternoons in the short school holidays.
- Family morning
- Sunday morning. The floor of the Ranomi pool is raised so small children can stand.
- Women only
- At set hours, with female lifeguards. There are also hours for seniors.
Children (under 18) €5.80, seniors €5.80, 12-visit card, adult €68.10. Children's afternoon: €3.75.
Good to know
- Exact times change per week and in the holidays, so check the pool's schedule just before you go. The schedules are in Dutch: look for banenzwemmen (lane swimming) and recreatief zwemmen (recreational swimming).
- Children up to 3 swim for free in the Sport050 pools (Kardinge, De Parrel and Helperzwembad).
- Have a Stadjerspas? Then you swim for free a few times a year.
- Going often? With a 12-visit card you pay about €5.70 per visit at Sport050.
