How to get started with ultimate frisbee

Ultimate frisbee is a mixed team sport without a referee: players settle disputes themselves. It has a very international crowd. You play at a club, outdoors on grass or indoors in winter.

1. Pick a club near youThe list above shows who each club is for and whether it offers a trial training.
2. Ask for a trial trainingYou train along once or a few times with a group at your level, before you decide. Write to the club in English if you don't speak Dutch.
3. Become a member if you like itThe club places you in a team. Membership fees differ per club and are usually paid per season.
